A CALL FOR EQUALITY IS SPURIOUS

PERSONS ARE EQUAL, BUT EQUALITY IS NOT SAMENESS.

NO MAN CAN BECOME PREGNANT, AND A SAME SEX UNION CAN NEVER PRODUCE CHILDREN.

MARRIAGE IS A PUBLIC COMMITMENT OF A MAN AND A WOMAN TO ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY
FOR THE UPBRINGING OF ANY CHILDREN WHO MAY BE BORN OF THE UNION.

CHILDREN BORN OUT OF WEDLOCK ARE AT A DISADVANTAGE,
BECAUSE THEIR PARENTS HAVE NOT MADE SUCH A COMMITMENT.

THIS IS THE ONLY LOGICAL REASON FOR A MARRIAGE CONTRACT,
WHICH HAS ALWAYS BEEN ABOUT THE WELFARE OF CHILDREN,
NOT THE DESIRES OF ADULTS

IF THE NATURE OF A UNION IS SUCH THAT THERE CAN BE NO TRANSMISSION OF LIFE,
A QUESTION OF MARRIAGE IS IRRELEVANT

An invalid argument often made is that marriages may be childless.
In these cases a failure to transmit life is due to the nature of the persons,
e.g. personal choice, infertility or age, not the nature of the union

A same-sex relationship can never produce offspring, irrespective of the nature of the persons.

What does the Universal Declaration of Human Rights say about marriage?

THE UNITED NATIONS  UNIVERSAL DECLARATION OF HUMAN RIGHTS (1948), ARTICLE 16
STATES THAT “MEN AND WOMEN HAVE A RIGHT TO MARRY AND FOUND A FAMILY”,
WHICH IS THE “NATURAL AND FUNDAMENTAL GROUP UNIT OF SOCIETY,
ENTITLED TO PROTECTION BY SOCIETY AND THE STATE”
 
Only a man and a woman can found a family, as the natural and fundamental group unit of society.

Outside the natural family, terms such as parents, children, family, siblings, uncles, aunts,
and grandparents become meaningless. There can be no family tree, no meaningful
family relationships, which are at the core of human life. Marriage is about the well beinng 
of future generations, which constitutes the national future of any country.

Artificial gimmicks and adoption can not produce a natural family. Children are provided
for the sole purpose of  meeting desires of adults. Children are human beings with their own dignity
and rights, and should never be treated as toys in an adult game of make-believe,
or, even worse, as political trophies.

Every child factually has a mother and a father -- an indisputable biological fact.
It is a fundamental right of each child to know and be loved by his or her natural parents.

The purpose of adoption is primarily for the benefit of the child, to substitute an adoptive mother and
father for a child who has been deprived of his or her natural parents. A mother and a father have
complementary roles, and both are needed to produced the best possible environment for child rearing.

Society has been brainwashed into accepting misleading terminology as "same-sex parenting".
It is not to say that such a couple are not capable of good child care, but they can not be parents.
"Their children" are not theirs.

IN ALL CULTURES SINCE THE DAWN OF HISTORY MARRIAGE HAS BEEN HETEROSEXUAL, AND
STILL IS IN THOSE PARTS OF THE WORLD AS YET UNTOUCHED BY SSM PROPAGANDA.

BUT MARRIAGE WAS FOR A MAN AND A WOMAN

CONSEQUENCES OF LEGALISATION OF SSM

SSM lobbyists would have us believe that, if this legislation were passed, it would have
no impact on marriages and families.
In places where this has happened, the reverse is true.

Once same-sex "marriage" becomes law, natural families are under direct attack
School children, from an early age, are indoctrinated in homosexuality,
in some cases of a pornographic nature.
Parents are powerless to withdraw their children.

THE SAME DECLARATION OF HUMAN RIGHTS Articles 18 and 26 (3) PROTECTS FREEDOM OF SPEECH,
RELIGION AND CONSCIENCE, AND PARENTAL RIGHTS TO
DETERMINE THE TYPE OF EDUCATION FOR THEIR CHILDREN.

There is well authenticated evidence of human rights abuse wherever SSM has been legalised.
Citizens who disagree are accused of "homophobia" and "hate speech",
in consequence of which some suffer criminal penalties.
The result is a police state, which outlaws freedom of speech.

The creepy tyranny of Canada's "Hate speech" laws

No one has an ability to read another person's mind to determine whether or not any words
ar motivated by hate. Nor is it possible for any one to accuse another of judgementalism,
without being judgemental oneself. To assume an evil intent on the part of another without
authentic evidence is an act of injustice.

Crimes of violence are already punishable by law, irrespective of the political
affiliation, sexual orientation, or religious belief for either victim or perpetrator.

Prejudice and intolerance are human failings found in all ideologies, political, social or religious.
The solution is mutual respect in areas of disagreement, and reciprocity. In the context of
the SSM debate, its proponents  call for  "tolerance" is a one-way street.

In the UK a case has emerged of a journalist who received death threats for opposing an agenda
regarding indoctrination of schoolchildren in homosexuality.
She said “I have been subjected to an extraordinarily vicious outpouring of hate
and incitement to violence through emails, the internet and in the mainstream media”

Marriage between a man and a woman is not a religious construct, but a natural institution
found in all cultures of any religion or none.

It is the most ancient of human institutions, and predates all national, political
and religious institutions.

Natural marriage can be adequately defended on the grounds of biological science and human reason.
There is no need to invoke religion.

HERE IS A SECULAR POINT OF VIEW

At the same time freedom of conscience and religion are authentic rights recognised in the
in the UN UDHR as illustrated above (Article 180

These rights are violated when any person is compelled to act contrary to his or her conscience,
whether religiously enjoined or not.

In a push for SSM, proponents of the legislation, not only subordinate these authentic rights
to pseudo-rights of sexual diversity, but villify religion as an obstacle to their agenda.
